Right of withdrawal for consumers

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Danny Paul Rüdiger Riewoldt-Liehr, Pfirsichweg 4, 12524 Berlin, phone number: 017673527322, email address: info@angelrollentuning.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of revocation before the revocation period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal regarding this contract compared to the total scope of services stipulated in the contract corresponding.
Exclusion or expiration reasons
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.
The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the provision of services if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service and only began executing the service after the consumer has given their explicit consent and simultaneously confirmed their awareness that they lose their right of withdrawal upon full contract fulfillment by the entrepreneur.
